Bed Set Up:  The first floor has a pull out couch. The second floor has a queen bed. We have an extra rollaway bed, hospital bed, and queen bed for any of the bedrooms. This is a very customizable space.

Appliances Provided on First Floor: The first floor has a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and sink area. Washer and dryer are located on the first floor. 

Appliances Provided on Second Floor: Gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchenware.

This historic residence has been designed for hospital patients. Residing on the historic grounds of our Fairmount Blvd mansion, the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental is located minutes from Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals and features a first floor open space with a pull out sofa, a 55″ Smart TV, a small kitchenette, and a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer on first floor. The first floor space can be customized accordingly with additional features, including a rollaway bed, a hospital bed, and hospital amenities (grab bars, shower chairs, etc).

The second floor has a small living room with a Smart TV, a full kitchen, a queen bed, and an ensuite full bathroom (shower/tub combo). The living space can be converted into another bedroom if needed. 

High speed Wifi and free onsite parking in the driveway and attached garage. Bring those pets! We’ve set up a small fenced-in area next to the residence. 

The carriage home is located about half a mile from the Cedar/Fairmount dining district where you’ll find local restaurant favorites including Zhug, the Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. There are nearby grocery stores, public libraries, and hiking trails. You’re living in a very safe area of Cleveland surrounded by historic mansions.
