Rent listed is for a ONE MONTH lease. Extended stay rates negotiable. The second floor University Heights duplex has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Built-in storage areas, lots of closet space, hardwood floors, huge living and dining room, all kitchen appliances (no dishwasher), and a private porch area. All furnishings, cookware, and bedding provided.

WiFi provided and shared with first floor guests. The unit is pet friendly. One driveway and garage spot provided free of charge. Guests have a private entrance for getting into the unit – either the back or front door entryway. Washer and dryer is non-coin operated and shared with first floor residents. Please inquire about lawn care and snow removal.

The Cedar Road duplex is within walking distance to Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, Panera, the Cleveland Heights Library, and more. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, CWRU are around a 10 to 15 minute drive from the duplex.
