I’m a current tenant living in one of Reilly Painting and Contracting’s properties in Cleveland Heights. The staff at Reilly has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and prompt. If ever my roommate and I have a problem in the house, someone from Reilly is over within an hour or two to fix it. The house we rent is in great shape, in a great neighborhood, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend visiting their website and renting from Reilly above many other companies I’ve rented from in the area.

Lindsey is a wonderful host. She was very responsive and went out of her way to address any questions or concerns we had. The house itself is lovely -- solid, attractive and clean, with great street appeal. The appliances are new, the furniture comfortable and in good repair. (If I were a realtor, this would be a dream house to sell.) The street is quiet and tree-lined, and provides easy access to all locations in the eastern suburbs as well as the city. This would be an ideal location for someone needing easy access to the Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals.

My family and I were moving across the country for work and we were in a rush to find temporary housing in Cleveland. Reilly Properties worked with us to get us into a furnished property within a few days turnaround time. They were extremely responsive leading up to and during our stay. We moved in site-unseen and everything was just as they said it would be. They were great to work with!

I can’t say enough about our stay at 1420 Blackmore Road. Lindsey and Reilly Properties are absolute gems. The house was perfect and close to the Cleveland Clinic. Cozy and warm, it had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Thank you Lindsey!
