Welcome to 3574 Lynnfield Road in Shaker Heights. This is a charming Shaker Heights tudor-style duplex. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this second and third floor duplex. The neighborhood is fabulous – you can walk to the Van Aken Shopping District for local goodies, fun dining spots, shopping, and more! Local grocery stores are close by as well. Take the RTA Rapid to Tower City and downtown Cleveland.

Guests have a private entrance through the back door.

The second floor has hardwood floors throughout, tall windows that let in plenty of sunshine, and a big Smart TV for watching your favorite shows. The dining room seats 4 people and connects to an eat-in kitchen area. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch! The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, cookware, and more.

On the second floor there’s a queen bed and a full bed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. AC units set up during the summer. One of the bedrooms has built-in bookshelves.

Head up the back staircase to the third floor. There is a private bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower/claw-foot tub, and a “suite area” with 1 full bed and 1 twin.

WiFi is shared with first floor tenants, but you should have no issue connecting. Washer and dryer (non coin operated) in basement for you to share.
