Located on a tree-lined street in the heart of Cleveland Heights, this home boasts a ton of space for short or long term stays. Bring those pets too! This is a very pet friendly house with a front and backyard. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the front porch.

The first floor is mostly carpeted. The living room connects to the dining room area. The living room has a Smart TV with Roku hookup set up in the living room and a 3-person couch. The dining room has hardwood floors and lots of space for hosting/gathering. Original built-in cabinets and stain glass window.

The kitchen comes with all appliances and cookware. Bar-style seating with 3 stools.

The second floor has a total of 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and Roku TV.

The third floor is super quiet. It’s carpeted and has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. Tons of space to spread out on the third floor too.

Central air, washer and dryer in basement, and lots of driveway space.

The house is near grocery stores, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Walmart/Target, breweries, wine stores, and more. Easy to catch an Uber or Lyft and a very quick drive to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, University Hospitals, CWRU, and other Cleveland destinations.
